Massimo Rezzonico, a member of Navone & Partners, provides his assistance to either foreign and Italian companies on corporate and commercial matters.
Massimo, a former lawyer at Pirola Pennuto, Zei & Associati (Milan), has developed an extensive experience in relation to domestic and cross-border transactions, having assisted, inter alia, Dun and Bradstreet Co. (USA), Aviva (UK), Moncler (Italy) and Cinèmas Gaumont Pathè (France). Massimo is also serving as member of the board of directors in several Italian start ups.
Massimo, a 2000 graduate from the Law School of the University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (Italy), is an Italian qualified lawyer (Avvocato) since 2005 and a member of the Milan Bar (Ordine Avvocati Milano).
Massimo is fluent in Italian and English.
